Big cooking week for me, trying to get into the swing of Autumn. Cooking for me, my beloved and the freezer.
Monday – Spicy Chili – one portion for me and three for the freezer
Tuesday – Going to the London Blogger Meetup so will bring a chilli burritto to nuke before leaving work.
Wednesday – Roast Chicken with salad
Thursday – Vegetable risotto using the horrible wine we bought by mistake.
Friday – Chicken and mushroom crepes
Saturday – Make ratatouille to put in crepes with goat cheese
Sunday – Roast lamb with ratatouille
