Here we are in September, where did the summer go? I guess we are all getting back to schools and our usual routines. At least, we have all the fabulous end of summer produce.

Monday – My beloved making his famous spaghetti bolognese.

Tuesday –  Ratatouille with some melted goat’s cheese on top

Wednesday – Giant coucous salad with chick pea, red pepper and red onion served with merguez sausages.

Thursday – Burgers with various salads inc new potato and tomato basil and fresh corn

Friday – Pan fried fish (whatever looks good and on sale) with Tuesday’s ratatouille and new potatoes.

For lunch I will be taking cantaloupe with ham or giant couscous salad
