Last week’s jerk chicken with rice and peas was a big success except I made way too much rice so this week is starting with leftovers. A word of advice read your recipe before you dive in.
Monday – Pan fried fish with leftover rice and peas.
Tuesday – Homemade pesto with basil ravioli (on sale at Sainsburys)
Wednesday – Slow cooker chicken with nectarines, bumped from last week.
Thursday – Italian antipasto salad- tomatoes, mozzarella, parma ham on a bed of rocket (arugula) with nice bread
Friday – Sauteed prawns with garlic, chili and coriander with salad (frozen prawns still half price at Tesco)
Saturday – Steak and salad
Sunday – Not sure depends upon what looks good at the market on Saturday.
