Over the weekend, I sorted through my freezer and found some wild boar sausages that I received as a gift ages ago so definitely cooking them.
Monday – Linguine with pancetta, baby plum tomatoes, and chilli
Tuesday – Wild boar sausages, sweet potato mash with onion dressing I can’t wait to try this recipe.
Wednesday – Two minute steak with white bean mash a la Nigella Express
Thursday – Stuffed peppers with garlic bread
Friday – Pumpkin ravioli with sage butter and roquette salad
Saturday – Garlic roast chicken, roast potatoes and green beans (or whatever looks good in the market)
Sunday – Family dinner, I am not cooking.
