I scored super well at the market this past Saturday which has prompted me to get back on the meal planning band wagon. I have been under a lot of stress at work which has thrown my life and organisation into disarray.
Now with the fab food haul, I want to have a plan so nothing gets wasted.
Monday – Grilled goat’s cheese salad with ribeye steak. Steak on sale a Tesco £7 a pound, which comes out to about £2.30 a steak
Tuesday – Fresh tomato sauce with chilli and chorizo and penne
Wednesday – Slow cooker roast chicken with rice and salad
Thursday – Beloved cooking – stir fry duck something
Friday – Cod loin with chips and salad – on sale at Sainsburys £3 for £10.

That looks super good! Thing is, when you’re living alone like myself there’s really no point in cooking for 1.
Hi Tom, thanks for stopping by. I disagree about cooking when you live alone. I always cooked when I lived alone except when I lived in NYC, where it is cheaper to eat out than cook.
