I can’t believe we are almost half way through August, it has whizzed by! I love it that there is so much beautiful produce in the market. I have been going to town.
Monday – My beloved is make spaghetti Bolognese
Tuesday – Black bean and butternut squash burritos – I won’t be doing the vegan version. Making a big pot of black beans in the slow cooker.
Wednesday – Panko shrimp cakes with Sriracha aioli and a crunchy green salad
Thursday – Chili honey pork steaks with black beans and rice
Friday – Pasta with summer vegetables and goats cheese – perfect after visiting the market for the veg.
For lunch I am taking cantaloupe with ham or chicken salad made from Sunday’s chicken.
