Menu Monday 10th June 2013

Hello Menu Monday, it has been a while. Over the past couple of months I have let my regular posting schedule slip. I am sorry and thanks for still visiting.  My life has had yet another big upheaval (which I will tell you all about later in the week), so now I am trying to get back on track and sort out putting my energy into what counts.

If you  have anything you would like me to cover or help you with please drop me a line at infoAt theleantimes.com I am hear to help you my lovely readers so if you need anything drop me a line.

Here is what’s cooking.

Monday – Roast chicken with saffron orzo and grilled zuchini

Tuesday – Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie with salad

Wednesday –  Butternut squash sacchettini (little sacks) with pine nuts and sage. Bought in the market, super cheap.

Thursday – Quinoa Tabbouleh with spicy lamb sausages

Friday – Scallops in garlic butter (on sale at Lidl) over linguine.

  1. Hey Mr, thanks for stopping by. You prepare Quinoa like couscous but I think it tastes more nutty. In this recipe the herbs are the strongest flavour.
