I hope everyone reading had a great Easter. Ours was especially wonderful as my sister and her family came all the way from NY to visit me in London. It was a very joyous occasion.
That said, I have gone slightly off piste in last week’s menu plan. I never got around to making the tarragon chicken so it is being repeated this week.
Monday – Grilled goat’s cheese salad
Tuesday – Risotto made with leftover roast chicken with mushrooms and peas
Wednesday – Teriyaki salmon with rice and salad
Thursday – Missed from last week – tarragon chicken in the slow cooker
Friday – Last night with my sister and I am hoping to have dinner out with her and family
Saturday – will be sad she has left so it must be pasta
Sunday – Roast pork with apples and celeriac mash
