Hooray! Spring has finally sprung. Actually, it feels like we have by passed spring and zoomed right into summer, which makes we want a Mediterranean menu this week.
Monday – Greek salad with steak
Tuesday- Going out so I am having a speedy tarragon omelette with salad
Wednesday – No cook pasta sauce with tomatoes, basil and ricotta, in this recipe they tell you how to make pasta as well but I just don’t have the time.
Thursday -Slow cooker tarragon chicken. Can you guess I got a bit bunch of tarragon in the market?
Friday – Lamb steaks with Greek salad
Saturday – Gazpacho, there is such lovely veg in the market at the moment, what better to make?
I hope you don’t find this week too boring but I am using all the great ingredients I found in Portobello on Saturday.
