Things are getting back to some sort of normalcy here at Lean Times HQ. I have a new cute kitty arriving at the beginning of July to cheer us all up and to hopefully sit with me when I write.
The weather has also shaped up a bit by the sun showing its face but the temperature is still nothing close to summertime. The market is filled with gorgeous produce so we will be eating lots of seasonal veg as usual.
This is what I bought in Portobello outdoor market on Saturday which came to a total of £12.40. I will visit again to get more vegetables for the meals at the end of the week.
Monday – Lamb chops with Greek salad
Tuesday – Multiple events so no one around
Wednesday – Roast chicken thighs and potatoes with lemon and rosemary with green beans and peas
Thursday – Stir fry with tofu, onions, peppers and chilli.
Friday – Fishcakes and salad
