Our butcher was on holiday this past week so we will be eating from the freezer. It is a shame that the weather has been so rotten here in the London that we haven’t really wanted to eat lighter and cheaper summer food.
Monday – Pan fried duck breasts with sweet potato mash and green beans
Tuesday – Going out for Korean food with an old friend – treat!
Wednesday – Portobello stuffed mushrooms – I will be using goat’s cheese instead of Tallagio.
Thursday – Taco beef and rice casserole
Friday – Penne rosa with shrimp
