We are zooming up to the holiday season so I am planning on making food that is easy to freeze and heat up as a snack after a party or a hard day of navigating the shops. This is the lull before the storm of Christmas.
Monday – Roast chicken with saffron orzo and green beans
Wednesday – Steak (yes steak, the butcher had a special) with dauphinoise potatoes and salad
Thursday – Going to the blogger/freelancer Xmas party – will have butternut squash soup when I get home.
Friday- Fish cakes with salad
