Last weeksÂ Slow cooker red wine short ribsÂ was a huge hit with no need to serve with anything more than Â some good bread.
Monday – Â Grilled merguez sausage with Israeli couscous salad with red pepper, spring onions, chick peas and fresh parsley. The couscous will make for good packed lunches.
Tuesday – Vension steak with Port sauce
Wednesday -Â Â Slow cooker butternut squash, sage and parmesan gnocchiÂ - bounced from last week
Thursday – Big batch of chilli in the slow cooker and to feed the freezer.
Friday – Home made pizza – I cheated and bought the dough at Whole Foods (only Â£1.99)
