Monday – French Onion Soup – made from slow cooker caramelized onions – I always have some in the freezer.
Tuesday – The Lean Times Cooks –Take One Chicken Class so guess what I will be eating?
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Moroccan Lamb Stew with cous cous
Thursday – Freezer Chili with all the trimmings
Friday – Pan fried fish (whatever looks good and not expensive at the fish counter), boiled new potatoes and vegetables
Saturday – Probably will be having more Moroccan lamb stew. Let’s hope it comes out well.
