This has been a bit of a tough time in the life of The Lean Times – I have been having trouble with my service provider and this is the first time I have been able to post in the past week. I am hoping that it is an onwards and upwards situation after many emails and some cross phone calls. Fingers crossed that normal service will resume. Now on to the menu –
Tuesday – Slow cooker chili – bounced from last week.
Wednesday – Chicken thighs braised in garlic and white wine served over rice
Thursday – Greek salad with grilled meat (I need to see what I can get at a bargain)
Friday – Homemade pizza with chorizo and olives
