Monday – Creamy Garlic Pasta with Mushrooms and Prosciutto I have mushrooms left from the fabulous Coq au Vin.
Tuesday – Leftover Coq au Vin
Wednesday – Freezer chili
Thursday – Mac and Cheese with tomato salad
Friday – Early Valentine’s date with beloved whoppee!
Saturday – Beloved’s band mates are coming over – Chili and Honey Chicken Legs with rice and salad – a super easy crowd pleaser.
